You Get the File
You receive a clean ESX file plus PDF, ready to use. Estimates are delivered blank by default — submit your brand profile once to add your logo and contact info to the cover.
Corrections are included. Additions are billed.
One Correction Round
If something on the delivered estimate is wrong, or an item you originally asked us to include was missed, we'll fix it at no charge. One correction round per estimate.
New Line Items
If, after delivery, you want to add line items that were not part of your original job submission — extra rooms, additional trades, additional structures — those are added at the standard add-on rates from our Pricing section.
